President's Letter

Just 15 years ago, the Hispanic American Construction Industry (HACIA) Scholarship Program began a crucial mission: helping Latino students reach educational success. Since then, our program has flourished. By promoting education for Latino students, we have touched the lives of many gifted young people. Their success will positively impact their families and communities for years to come. They are the future of the construction industry, and their future looks bright.

Our foundation continues to grow because of your generous support. Thanks to our corporate and individual sponsors, we've been able to extend our undergraduate scholarship program to include Chicago high school seniors.

Our warm thanks also go to the scholarship committee and the gifted HACIA Scholarship Program staff. Their considerable time and effort ensured that this year's program was such a success. We are looking forward to a promising tomorrow. HACIA Scholarship Program remains committed to strengthening our community through education. With so many gifted Latino students, we hope to impact as many as we can.

Please continue to support us in this effort so we may continue to encourage these young people to realize the value of education and attain their goals.
